Cong ty Giay Tissue Song Duong (Duong River Tissue Co., Ltd) is a Hanoi-based paper manufacturer founded in 1959 as the 'Cau Duong Wood Mill' and renamed in 2005 as a subsidiary of Vietnam Paper Corporation (Vinapaco). It produces finished tissue paper (napkins, toilet paper, facial and multipurpose wipes) under the Watersilk and Comfy brands, large jumbo tissue rolls, wet wipes, and plywood. Tissue is made on a Cresent Former machine with a 10,000 ton/year capacity, with semi-finished jumbo rolls exported to markets including Taiwan, Australia, South Korea and Japan.
